1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders placed through the online store of Sea Soul & Boheme.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products and Contract Formation
The products displayed in the online store are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a legally binding offer.
By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. A contract is formed once your order has been confirmed by email or the goods have been dispatched.
Sea Soul & Boheme reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
3. Handmade Products
Sea Soul & Boheme offers handcrafted jewellery, home décor and accessories.
As many products are handmade, every piece is unique. Minor variations in colour, shape, size, texture, pattern or natural materials are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting conditions and individual screen settings.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated.
Sea Soul & Boheme is not registered for Swiss VAT unless legally required.
Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout.
Sea Soul & Boheme reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full before any order is processed or shipped.
Sea Soul & Boheme reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of unsuccessful or incomplete payment.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Sea Soul & Boheme currently ships to:
- Switzerland
- European Union
- United States
- Selected international destinations
Estimated delivery times:
- Ready-to-ship items: 3–5 business days
- Made-to-order or personalised items: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Sea Soul & Boheme is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, force majeure or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other local charges. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
7. Retention of Title
All goods remain the property of Sea Soul & Boheme until full payment has been received.
Orders will only be shipped after payment has been successfully completed.
8. Returns and Refunds
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- In its original condition
- Free from damage, stains or signs of wear
- Returned, where possible, in its original packaging
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Items made to a customer's individual specifications
- Sale or discounted items
- Products that have been worn, used, damaged or altered after delivery
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was delivered damaged or defective.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact Sea Soul & Boheme within 5 days of receiving your order. Your claim should include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the damage or defect.
9. Warranty and Liability
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon delivery.
Any visible defects or shipping damage must be reported as soon as reasonably possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sea Soul & Boheme shall only be liable for damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Sea Soul & Boheme shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or any other financial loss arising from the use of its products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
10. Materials
Sea Soul & Boheme products may include, but are not limited to, the following materials:
- Stainless steel
- Glass beads
- Shells
- Seashells
- Wood
- Faux pearls
- Natural pearls
- Wool
- Cotton cord
- Nylon cord
- Bamboo cord
- Natural gemstones
Customers with known allergies or sensitivities are responsible for reviewing the material information provided before purchasing.
Sea Soul & Boheme accepts no liability for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities or individual material intolerances.
11. Intellectual Property
All content published on the Sea Soul & Boheme website, including but not limited to photographs, product images, logos, designs, illustrations, texts and product descriptions, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published or used for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of Sea Soul & Boheme.
12. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the current Privacy Policy of Sea Soul & Boheme.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Switzerland, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
To the extent permitted by law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be Pieterlen, Switzerland.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the customer's country of residence where such rights cannot legally be excluded.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original economic intent.
