Shipping
Every piece of jewellery is carefully handcrafted and packaged with attention to detail.
Processing Time
Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment has been received.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and shipping carrier. Sea Soul & Boheme is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the item:
- has not been worn,
- is clean,
- is in its original condition, and
- is returned in suitable protective packaging.
Once the returned item has been inspected, the purchase price will be refunded using the original payment method.
Unless the item is faulty or an incorrect product was sent, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Custom Orders
Custom-made and personalised jewellery is made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact me within 5 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue. I will be happy to find a suitable solution.
